Our eco ethos

We are striving to be as eco friendly and carbon negative as possible – not only through Rowton Retreats but our whole farming system.
Throughout the farm we have areas dedicated to allow nature to thrive, this year we will be planting 400 tress as well as planting new hedgerows and protecting old ones.

In the next year we are hoping to do the following things to reduce our carbon footprint:

    • Implement electric car charging point and solar panels
    • Minimise food waste (Using our livestock on the farm for vegetable products)
    • Keep planting trees and creating new habitats.
